How realistic is the AI interviewer?
Questions are built from your resume and the role you pick. The interviewer adapts to what you say, pushes where you're shaky, and moves on where you're solid. Most people can't tell the first five minutes from a real phone screen.
Can I practice with an Indian-English accent or in Hindi?
Yes — the speech pipeline handles Indian-English accents well. Hindi support is in beta and rolling out gradually.
Do employers accept Ixyle scores?
Ixyle is a practice tool, not a certification. Your score is for you. Corporate screening integrations are on a later roadmap, not in Phase 1.
What happens to my resume and recordings?
Resume text is parsed and stays on your account. Video and audio are transcribed and then discarded by default — you can opt in to keep recordings if you want to review them later.
Can I retry a round I did badly?
Yes. Pro and Ace tiers let you retry any round with a fresh question set targeting the areas you missed.
What's the difference between Basic, Pro, and Ace?
Basic gives you 4 rounds a month — enough for a focused prep sprint. Pro unlocks company-specific templates, 12 rounds, plus coding rounds when they ship in Phase 2. Ace is unlimited plus 1:1 coaching and a resume optimizer — built for active switches.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from settings. You keep access until the end of your billing period. No lock-ins, no pro-rating surprises.
