The short version
- First-mock guarantee. Don't like your first paid round, get a full refund within 7 days. No questions.
- Monthly subscriptions. Cancel anytime; service runs to the end of the paid month, no further charges.
- Semester pack. Refundable in full within 14 days of purchase. After that, transferable to a friend at the same college (one-time, free).
- College Pack (B2B). Annual contract; cancellation per the contract terms.
1. First-mock satisfaction guarantee
If you sign up for any paid plan and aren't satisfied with your first interview, request a full refund within 7 days of the charge. Email info@ixyle.com with your registered email and a one-line reason (any reason). We process within 5 business days back to the original payment method.
Caveat: this applies once per customer (not per plan). It exists to let you taste before committing — abusing it across multiple accounts is grounds for permanent ban from the Platform.
2. Monthly subscriptions (Student Pro, Placement Ready, Pro, Pro+, Elite)
- Cancel anytime in your account settings.
- Service continues to the end of the paid month.
- No partial-month refunds. (Exception: first-month under §1.)
- Auto-renewal can be disabled; we don't do retention dark patterns.
3. Semester / one-time packs
- Within 14 days of purchase — full refund if no rounds used; pro-rated refund if rounds used (deducting ₹49 per round consumed).
- After 14 days — non-refundable but transferable. We'll move the remaining duration to another verified student at the same college, one time, no fee. Email us with both parties cc'd.
- Interview Tomorrow Pack (₹149/3 mocks, 48-hour validity) — non-refundable due to its time-bounded nature; if Ixyle has technical downtime that prevents you from using it, we extend the validity.
4. Service-failure refunds
If Ixyle has documented downtime that prevents you from completing an interview you paid for, you're eligible for either (a) credit equivalent to the affected round value, or (b) a refund proportional to the impact. Email us — we proactively credit accounts during major incidents but if you experienced an issue we missed, surface it.
5. Failed-charge handling
If Razorpay or Stripe charges you twice or charges in error, contact info@ixyle.com with the transaction ID within 30 days. We refund within 5 business days; the actual settlement depends on your bank's timeline.
6. Chargebacks
Please contact us before disputing with your bank — we resolve 99% of issues directly within 48 hours. Chargebacks filed without prior contact may result in account suspension while we work with the payment processor on the dispute.
